- Minimum Check-in Age Rules: During the Spring Break season (March/April), the hotel’s minimum check-in age is 25 years old. During all other months, the minimum check-in age is 21 years old.

Hotel Spring Break Policy: Minimum age to make a reservation or to check-in is 21 years old during the year, and 25 years old during Spring Break
season (March and April). A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
