All guests (18 years and over) are welcome to use the facilities at the Adults Only El Dorado Casitas Royale and El Dorado Royale, by Karisma.
- Important Note: Although the hotel offers over a mile of sandy white beach, some of the area is not swimmable due to protected coral. There is a swimmable area and also a unique natural saltwater pool on property.

- The Municipality of Solidaridad will be charging an Eco Tax of 30.00 Mexico Pesos (approx. $1.60 USD) per room per night.
